Our Yoga and Boxing classes are great for beginners, though we encourage anyone interested in boxing for the first time to book a private session.
For yoga, please be sure to bring a yoga mat and blocks if you have.
For Boxing, please bring your gloves, wraps and water for your session.
Currently we do not have a membership option available. We do offer packages for private training that vary so be sure to inquire if you are interested in private training.
